The Psychologists Association of Alberta’s recommended rate is $220 per 50-minute session.
Payments are accepted through the following methods:
Cash, Debit, Credit , and E-transfer.

Yes, we also direct bill through: insurances covered through Telus e-claims. Blue Cross (including Medavie), Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, Greenshield, WCB
We also provide services to Treaty Status individuals with NIHB (Non-Insured Health Benefits), IRS (Indian Residential School), DSS (Indian Day School) and MMIW (Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women) -
While we strive to accommodate changing needs, we require 24 hours notice for cancellations, otherwise a fee, determined by each individual therapist, will be charged for the “no show”.

If you are interested in booking with either Billie-Jo or Vinny, please send them an email to your desired therapist and they will get back to you within 24 hrs on a business day.
As a NEW CLIENT-After your first booking, your therapist will send you the “Client Intake” and “Confidentiality Agreement” forms by email. Please fill them out prior to your first appointment.
